The service was great. When we walked out of baggage claim at the Paris airport, our driver was right there, with a sign with our name on it, just as promised. Straight to our apartment. I'm writing from Malaysia. I booked Transfer-Private Paris for our airport transfer from Paris CDG to our hotel near Disneyland for my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) before we left home. Our driver Andrew was waiting for us at the arrival area when we arrived and the vehicle was a very comfortable Vito that fit all of us plus our baggage and more! A few days later, without prompting, the concierge Sandra even remembered our return booking! Our second driver Jayavarman was early, and the vehicle was as comfortable as before. Price wise, it's 30% less than what my hotel was offering. In short, based on my good experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to all my friends and other travelers. Keep it up!.

Transfer Private is a decent company to book for a shuttle either in advance or on day. We booked online the day we leave to the airport and got confirmed 5 mins after sent booking by the customer service!! FAST!! the whole booking procedure is smooth and easy without communication errors and driver arrived on time! We have 6 adults in total and the minivan was clean and neat, no weird smell and very comfortable. Driver himself is very nice and professional, with great greetings and nice smile! His driving was very good and safe, sending us to the airport safe and sound! Highly recommend!!!! :)

Transfer Private was easy to work with and book. Our driver Frankie was awesome! He helped us get oriented with the city, told us all the best places to go, and even called our host when she wasn't there to let us in

We were very pleased with the transfer. The shuttle picked us up at our requested time, the driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage and we arrived at our destination on time. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! Shuttle service took me from CDG airport to Disneyland Paris in about 40-45 minutes. Driver was very chatty and polite and as I was travelling on my own really put me at ease. Communication very efficient and organised! Will be using you again if I go to Paris again in the future! thank you!

I booked this company to take 55 people from Paris Nord to Disneyland Paris and the service was outstanding. They were waiting for us as soon as the train arrived and we was whisked away direct to our Hotel. It gave me peace of mind knowing we was all well looked after. Fantastic service and I will definitely be recommending this company to my clients. Not only were they on time but considerate to the fact I had booked a taxi for rush hour so even arrived early to ensure we didn't have problems in the traffic. I wish I could remember the name of my driver because he really did make us feel comfortable and I hope he gets to see this review. Thank you so much. I made a late booking that I was nervous whether it would go through as I didn't even have to pay any money up front but you turned up and provided the best transfer service I can say I've ever had (and being a travel agent I have travelled a lot)
